I think there is no difference in percentage impedance and p.u impedance except the basic one that is % impedance in calculated in per 100 while the p.u is calculated in per unit.
So if u simply multiply the value of p.u impedance with the 100, u will % impedance. I hope u must be knowing how to calculate p.u.

I'm generating a pulse of 3V with frequency 80Hz (12.5ms time period) and pulse duration 0.125ms and feeding it to a transformer since i want the pulse to get amplified around 60V.
