for example,consider the three transmitters are in
service.in logic,the three xtr compare each other value i.e
A&B,B&C,C&A. check the diff of deviation b/w the
comparison.the xtrs showing minimum deviation is taken,from
this the mean is taken b/w two xtrs.this is 2 0f 3.
