the very first thing that, in BPO we have always a
opportunity to learn about many of new things..because bpo
is directly related to the service sector..so everytime we
have the opportunity to satisfied the customer with our
best query answer..and also we have chance to get the
proffesional environment which helps to make our
cummunication ,personelity and our attitude which is become
most important things to develop ur carrers in any of the
field.
