if u want tune the controller.
this is compulsory to know process.
first check how much diffrence between SV-PV.
if ur pahese leading then change D value w.r.t time.not
longer time .it should too much smaller.
if ur phase laging then incerease I value.then it will
stablised in 4-5 cycle. cycle time should not be too much
more.
never PV overshoot to SV.
before tuning take the controller in Manual MODE.
in controller put the MV to cotrolled the Process.
