AS PER IEEE 400.1 ,THE DC TEST VOLTAGE SHOULD BE 100KV FOR
A 35 KV CABLES.AND THERE IS NO A PARTICULAR FORMULA TO
CALCULATE THE TEST VOLTAGE.IT SHOULD BE AS PER THE
STANDARDS AS PER WHICH THE CABLES MANUFACURED.
