i think i should build more school and give advice to them
and buil hospital and,try to get more ecomy to come in
combodia, so that the people have eought work to do.and
thinking about the draffic jam, how to cutdown it, try to
find the soloution. and try to develop some place which is
so interesting to the people like to come and visit.

I BTech fresher, passed out in year 2011, my percentage is under 60, I couldnt get placed for tht, given this situation I have no go but to get job anywhere, Im plannng to find a job in Call Center, in customer support role. How to convince the interviewer that I need this job? as most call centers do not offer jobs to B.Tech esp Customer Support jobs. Please help

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... Pls answer.
