How will you Physically differentiate A.C and D.C motor?

D.C motor can be differentiated by means of its rotor part.
Because of rotating magnetic field A.C motors will have
mostly squirrel cage rotors.
Where as all D.C motors will have slip ring brush
arrangements in its rotor.
