Human resource is a brode concept. product maintanance and
use is easy butit looks forward about human. Human resource
management is the process of maintaning motivating and
using efficatively to achive organizational goal. But that
is not sufficient defination HRM is starfing, retation,
development, adjustment and managing change of human
resource.
