IN IBM U WILL GET 11.5K + INCENTIVE + CLINT INCENTIVE....
FOR GOOD CALLER IT CAN GO UP TO 30K.
BUT THERE ARE DIFFERENT PROCESSES IT DEPENDS ON PROCESS ALSO
