direct marketing means we directly contact customer thru by
many means like telemarketing,door to door marketing,by
sending mail,by this all we contact customer.thru
advertising or tv or radio is nt direct marketing as in
this we are applying to all ppl ..but in direct marketing
we know ur customer whom we want to sell ur product.
