1.VC means Virtual Circuits. It is a logical connection
between routers via frame relay Switch.

2. PVC means Permanent Virtual Circuits. The Circuit is
permanent untill the data transfer exceeds a Certain limit.
for eg 1000 mb 2000mb etc. It is just like a Mobiles
Prepaid card.

3. LMI means Local Management Interface. It is a signaling
standard betweek the Router & Frame Relay Switch.

4. DLSI: IT is not DLSI. It is DLCI: Data Link Connection
Identifier. The pvc's are identified to the DTE end devices
(Router) by Data Link Connection Identifier.
