ELCB IS WORKING MAINLY DIRECT OR INDIRECT SHOCK CONDITION &
NO NEED TO CONNECT EARTHING TO BODY,RCCB ALSO PREVENT
DIRECT OR INDIRECT SHOCK CONDITION BUT COMPULSARY
CONNECTING TO EARTHING TO BODY.
