According to me Call centre not only means to take or
receive calls.It also help us to build our personality,good
communication skills,high patient lavel,observing
power,listning skill,group working,handling pressures &
also helps to be a good boss of operation part. It also
help in future to step up some new field like
Insurence,Sales marketing,Banking,Tourism etc.
