mib is a permanent small data base is present in the
agent.where it stores the object. object is the management
information for a agent.by following the SMI & ASN.1 Rulus
aprogrammer stores the object in such a way that it can
retraivle.for this we have to use a universal oid or global
identifier. a object is always stored in lexiocographic
order means to retrive a data or store a data or object we
have to go column by column.
