What is the current flow in 230v ac supply ?
What is the current flow in 415v Ac supply ?
Answer Posted / abhishek0015
It depends upon connected load. As per formula,
P= V*I*(cos phi)-- for 230v supply and
P= sqrt3*V*I*(cosphi)-- for 415v supply
So it means in 230v single phase supply takes almost 3
times more current than 415v three phase supply.
