i would like to work in a call center industry because the
nature of the job which basically deals with different type
of customers caters to my personality; being someone who
is very friendly and accommodating. I am a graduate of
business management so definitely i am fully equipped with
exceptional knowledge about the value of customer in a
business ; that is to treat them with high respect and courtesy.
