Issued Capital: Refers to, how much company is decided to
issue capital to the public(IPO)
Paid Up Capital: Refers to, How much amt is received from
the issued capital .
Authorised Capital: Refers to, Each and Every company will
be having certurn limit to issue share which is fixed by
the govt., it should not cross this limit is known as AC.
Subcribed CapitalL: Refers to, it is a kind of internal
issue of share i.e existing shareholder.
