hi i am going to atten the h4 visa interview........i am a doctor. do they ask me about my education,why ur not going in that visa type...shud i say about my education or shud not disclose that can any ony help me.........

LATER I APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA THROUGH KAPLAN WHICH WAS FOR PREPARATORY COURSE FOR USMLE STEP 3... THE MAIN COURSE WAS FOR 4 MONTHS AND AN I20 WAS ISSUED FOR 9MONTHS... BUT MY VISA WAS REJECTED AGAIN.... NOW I INTEND TO TRAVEL ON A H4 VISA... WEN I GET MARRIED SOON... WILLL MY PREVIOUS REJECTIONS AFFECT THIS...?

my mother's real brother is a usa citizen and he applied for my mother as a blood relation immigration rules.in year 2001.i am 23 years old and doing studies and fully dependent on my parents...my question is that i can also apply for immigration with my mother or not ?
