BPO--- business process outsourcing, is the act of
transfeering some of an organizations repeated non-core and
core business process to an outside-providerto achive cost
reductions while improving service quaility.
its an electronic data system which was 1st introduced by
Ross Perot in 1962 it means that we can sell u the
informations technologies u need and u pay us monthly for
the service with the minimum commitment of two to ten years
