Manual Testers could use the Tools for,
1. Bug Reporting, Like Bug zilla and many companies could
be possessing their own Bug Tracking Tools.
2. Reporting Daily Tasks and Leave requests, Some companies
uses their Daily Task Reporting tools and Leave Request
tools.
3. Help desk, for reporting the Nework team for immediate
environment setups. and
4. Some companies also uses some tools to update and
execute test Cases. In which Tester enters each and every
case and Description and status in the tool.
Other tools like Share point or Quality Management Systems
to store the Documents.
There will not be any tools to Update the Test Plan and
most of the companies prepares the Test Cases Manually in
Excel or word format.
