Java Stack can be applied by JSPM or sapinst.exe
JSPM:
From OS go the path
usr/sap/BPP/JC00/j2ee/JSPM
and give the command
./go
the JSPM screen will pop-up
U also have to copy all the patches that are downloaded in
following folder USR\SAP\TRANS\EPS\IN
