brushes free of goods(2+1 free goods).At the time of
delivery on 15th November you have shortage of brushes by
40. offer closed on 15th November . How do you solve in this
scenario?

Hi,
Since you have 60 tooth brushes available, create the SO
related for the available quantity first and then create
the SO related delivery for the balance quantity i.e. 40
No's. However in this case the pricing will not vary as the
same has been determined in the SO.
The above scenario is possible only if the customer is
willing to accept partial delivery.
