Swap is agreement between two counterparties exchange of
stream of cash flow against another stream...its over the
counter market.....they are different types of
swaps...interest rate swap, currency swap, total return
swap, basis swap...parties have registered with ISDA
(INTERNATIONAL SWAPS AND DERIVATIVE ASSOCIATION)
