neutral is one which it is used for return path in a closed
circuit ,without neutral it is impossible to complete the
circuit and where as earth is for safety purpose ,whenever
heavy current or short ckt flows to the ckt, that current
will directly flow into the earth and whenever the live wire
is touching the body of the equipment,if earth point is
connected we don't get shocks that current will flow to the
earth so earthing is used for safety purposes
