If you can ping a server, but can't telnet or ssh to it,

If you are trying to ping the server.but it cant telnet or
ssh to it.that mean the server is not accessible in the
network.in this situat eon we have to generat the ticket to
the team.then we have check with the normal commands like
#netstat -rn
#uptime
#ping servername
take the abow information in the copy.and start the console
login procedure to resolve the issue .and we have to fix
the issue. it takes long procedure to put the server in the
online.
