In a software development process, a Traceability Matrix is
a table that correlates any two baselined documents that
require a many to many relationship to the determine
completeness of the relationship. It is often used with
high-level requirements (sometimes known as Marketing
Requirements) and detailed requirements of the software
product to the matching parts of high-level design,
detailed Design, test plan, and test cases

Can anybody write the test cases for the following scenario. I want to create District. for that, District Code field, District Name field, Reset button, Submit button, Back button are there in the screen. whenever we enter District Code & District Name in the related fields, by clicking on Submit button, District should be created. By clicking on Reset button, all fieds should be cleared. By clicking on Back button, user should navigate to home page. Can you write the test cases for the scenario.
