A call center is where we have interaction between customer
and executives. In these we have two kinds of process r
there one is INBOUND,other one is OUTBOUND
In inbound we will get calls from customers and where as in
outbound we have to make a call n do our business. We have
two types, morning shifts r called as domestic call centers
n Night shifts r done by MNC's . And these MNC's r also
called as BPO. It is the US, UK based process. so for that
fluency and communication in English is must.
