If you need to manage as a sales manager, managing ourself
first would be the right idea for enhancement. Sticking on
to the basics such as proper scheduling, regular
prospecting , start the day with the team meet, counsel (if
required) for the least performance, personal calls, etc.,
are all basics works of a sales manager. If we follow it
regularly, I am sure, we can hit the required efficiency.
It's all about change by ourself first.
