We paid advance rent of office for next 6 months, when
should we pay the TDS into bank, is it will monthly or it
will be in advance?


Answer

The rule for deducting TDS is, TDS is to be deducted at
time of Payment or booking the bill in account whichever is
earlier. In this case the payment of Rent is advance so,
Tds is to be deducted at the time of payment and deposited
within 7 day of the next month.
