11.i.e440,11 kv,33 kv,66 kv,110 kv etc

Kuldeep is exactly right , its just because of form factor
which is 1.1 so 22,33 are the multiple of 1.1

why the electric train touches only one conductor n where is
the neutral n it will be running 3-phase or 1-phase?

Answer

Addition to the above Electrical train motor is DC series
moter & runs at 25 kv , it runs on single phase & the
return path will be trhough the track which is again earth
at several places.
