Automation testing is used when

1. Application needs a set of tests to be executed very
regularly due to a software change or defect fix.

2. Application undergoes constant changes and needs
regression tests to be reexecuted

3. Test expected results are clearly identified and
documented and is not expected to change every now and then

4. Performance and load tests needs to be done with large
volumes of data and user hits which are impossible to be
addressed by the number of available testers

4. Data driven testing is needed regularly . for eg: if the
same test requires to be executed 10 times with different
input data sets, it is better to automate

4. To motivate the team to work with each other and cater a
good team environment where everyone can do their best and grow

5. To have open communication with the team, provide
constant feedback, provide them a broader view of the
project decisions and involve them on day to day task decisions

I have cleared technical,Hr round in accenture.The hr also
told me that she will send me the offer letter in a day.But
i have not received offer letter yet.Why is it getting
delayed?Will i get this offer?Plz let me know

Sorry I do not know your original name hence addressing you
with the id. Can you please let me know when you received
the letter of intent and request to send your documents? Did
you receive it through email / post? In my case I had the
final HR interview in which they told that they will get
back to me with documentation request. Till date I have not
received any response from them, be it letter of intent or
documentation request. I am really feeling negative about
this and have started sending job applicatiins again .
Please let me know if you remember who is the person who
gave you the letter of intent or if you have any further
information on this.

Hi BLrengr/Arpit/Mahesh,

Can anyone of you help me by telling the address to which
you mailed the mandatory documents? It seems everyone who
got selected on 21'st walkin were asked to send these
documents except me :-(. I want to make sure that it is not
a miscommunication and hence would like to mail them a copy
of the documents. Can you please please help me with this?
Also please let me know what documents you had sent. Please
help.

I think I am the only one who has neither got a letter of
intent / send documents request. the HR who took my
interview just said I am selecxted, gave me a big handshake
and said there is nothing further needed from my end . he
said they will get back to me on documentation. Its been 3
weeks with no updates . I am getting frustrated and so have
decided to move ahead with other interviews.

Hi i had attended testing walkin of accenture on 28th nov
i cleared technical and HR round and was told that i will
recieve a call for another technical round, i havent heard
back from them yet. does anybody else also facing similar

Hi,

I attended the walkin on 21'st November and cleared the
technical and HR rounds for the role of a functional tester.
I was informed by the HR person that they will get back to
me but I have not yet received any updates from them. I am
not sure whom to contact to check for a status.

If you happen to have any HR contacts, get it checked
through them. If you get the email id, please share with me
