As of now, TCL and Perl are scripting languages. There is no certification on this simple scripting language. Certification exams exist only for Microsoft products ,Oracle certification, SAP/CRM certifications etc., where in these vast knowledge on products and development methods needs one to go for certification to recruit 'Technical-specialist' in chosen subject.
