I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a
call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected
out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager
asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing
B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.

You should have told them that you love communicating with
people(which is your strong point) and be a part of the
industry which is really booming and happening thing in the
present world, where there is ample oppurtunities to grow
as well.

Answer

It depends how often you use the particular language. Be
confident when you speak in English( after all its a
language). Watch a lot of english channels particularly
news channels and try to grasp the flow. Read a lot of
books as well and u will notice that its improving
gradually.

Hello there,

It depends on the copnay for which u apply for, some
companies do insist for graduates and others don't. It also
depends whether its for Tech support or for non-tech.

The epxected salary for a fresher will be between 8k and
10k per month ( how well you can negotiate :-))
