can BO generate reports with out CUBICAL data to repository?

In BO the cubic structre cannot be perfomed
it's not supported for building the cubicstructure where as
the cognos will support.

Business Objects can create the reports without Cubical
data also.
Ex: In the Fullclient application of BO we can create the
report based on the excel sheet. Just create the excel
sheet having two rows and select the dataprovider as the
Excel sheet and Run it, You will get the BO report.
That means you are not having the CUBICAL DATA at the
souce, even though you can generate BO reports.

Yes, BO can generate reports without Cubical data. The
above answer is right, apart from these options you can
write,direct sql's and also PL/SQL.
Cubical data are only to support datawarehouse concepts.
Apart from these BO can act as a normal reporting tool like
Crystal Reports.

Cubical...along with above ....we can directly take data

Hai, Can anyone tell me 'how to use one dataprovider result as an input to another dataprovider?. In BO6.5 there is an option like "select query result". we can use this option in the filter. but the same thing not available in BO XI webi. if any one face this problem , can you please share with me how to do this? I have set of reports in BO4.0 and need to use "Hyperlink" functionality.
