I have an H1-B visa interview on 8th OCt 2009.
I have completed 4 years in my present company
but i mispalced my Company Offer letter .
Could anyone please tell me is this letter is a mandatory
on going for visa stamping?

ask ur company for a duplicate offer letter or a experience
letter showing the current ctc. b confident and sincere.

1. Ask for the duplicate offer letter, any way they can
easily generate as per the details you give.
2. If they are not able to provide, ask for the experience
letter, in the subject line, its must to put as 'FOR VISA
PROCESSING/ INTERVIEW' as per your need.
3. Be prepared to answer well at this case as they should
ask some confusing questions, so be well prepared of the
things that actually your are missing, ie if no exp. letter
is there, be confident in telling that you are with this
company since <date-month-year>, joined as <role> and going
to <location> as the part of <cleint with project name> as
<role at onsite>. This may help you.
3. They wont accept any appraisal letters of Salary
statements as any one can generate as fake.

NAME ANY TWO NAME RESOLUTION NETWORK SERVICE
HI, I ahve my visa stamping on first week of Dec at Chennai consulate. My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.
