Assign each vowel following values.

A=0 E=1 I=2 O=3 U=4

The number of children to any person is the sum of the
values represented by vowels in his name.

RATISH = 0(A) + 2(I) = 2

OM = 3(O) = 3

AMIT = 0(A) + 2(I) = 2

ASHOK = 0(A) + 3(O) = 3

TRILOK = 2(I) + 3(O) = 5

Hence, TRILOK have 5 children.
