Answere:-

If the person get per day salary - Rs.300/- (Gross =
Rs.7800/-)

For Salary calculation

= sum(Gross salary / No. of Working days) reflect as
Rs.300/-

For OT Salary calculation

= sum (per hour salary * 8) reflect as Rs. 300/-
