Domain is a network with centralized controller, and the
centralized controller is called as Domain controller.
Whole domain can be manage by the domain controller.
When we install Active Directory services in a server
oprating system then it becomes a Domain controller.
Active directory service store all information of the
domain, like domain users, groups, computers, printers and all
resorces present in the domain. We can manage these resorces
from the domain controller.
When we create child Domain controller in organization then
a tree is formed. The child domain controller takes the same
name space.ie
Parrent DC - aman.com
Child DC - aamir.aman.com
Multiple trees in an organization forms a forest. In a
forest different domain trees can use different name spaces.
