we are preparing balance sheet at end of the year. the
balance sheet not tallyed sometimes are we are not promptly
prepare (or) some proof of document missing that is time we
are appearing suspense A/c but deleted after we are findout
that correct transaction.

When some ammount is misused,or the original not known,at
that time perparation in balance sheet Suspence A/C be
mentioned.But after findout the correct statement it should
be deleted.
