I have done my bachelor on aptil 2004 after that i has
been working as a assistant accountant in a company since
my degree upto till date so please help me about my gap
bcoz this is very big gap and as i have applied for MBA in
New York (USA) in Dowling College which is in Oakdale and
my visa was on 29 july and refused due to gap so please
tell me the answer of this question that make them safisfy

sir iam ram recently i attended to f1 visa interview.I have 8 backlogs.all are cleared same year.in interview The interviewer do you have now any backlogs.in tention i said yes mam i have.Actually i did not have any bacjlogs all are finished.So i want go again.am i get visa?.please tell me how can i convince them.

helo, I do not have a toefl scorecard. I reapplied for another but didnt recieve after that also. Does it cause a problem during my visa interview. Even if the VO doesnt ask for it, is it checked initially at the entrance gates.

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
