I have following bands in ielts (speaking: 5, listng:5.5, reading:4.5, writing:5)... I can apply for PR visa?? or is their any other option for getting PR visa for australia.. waiting for your kind advice...

I want to apply TRA for the post of Metal machinist.I have done diploma in Automobile Engg.and Post Diploma in Manufacturing Technology from NTTF.I have 5 years experience.Presently iam working in Malaysia as a CNC milling programmer.can i apply or not?Automobile Diploma can consider instead of mechanical Diploma?and My post DIPLOMA IS OVERQUALIFIED OR NOT?

If a man followed his wife to either of these places, (she gets over there and has her visa and is working) is it possible for him to go there and also be eligible to work? Or can he only have a visiting visa for family?
