Im Vishal..I did my undergrad at anna university, chennai
(2005-2009).. My UG percentage is 63% and i had 12 backlogs
which i cleared by the end of the 7th semester..My gre
score is 1250 and toefl 103...I have also been given a
tuition waiver of 6000usd which is mentioned on my i-
20..Will i face visa rejection due to my acads?Im sure i
wont have issues regarding the finances...please care to
give in your replies...got my interview this 3rd..thank

look at your toefl score, it's really high, and look at your english grades in the past. compare them. coz u might be questioned on em. and if directly asked about your backlogs first, ur answer must be convincing them along with ur toefl and gre scores.. k all da best.. have confidence and don't panic..

My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?

I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate
My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?
