When there is continous tranfer between a transmitter and
receiver with very few ground statons a rather conventional
FDM or TDM technique is employed but generally this is not
the case, the ground stations are plenty as compared to the
number of slots that can be alloted to a particular station
hence there is need of continous allocation and
deallocation of a slot to the station. The technique that
can be used to provide this is FDMA or TDMA depending on
whether freq of time is the varying factor.(FREQUENCY
DIVISION MULTIPLE ACCESS)
