It's an good exp handling Payroll for an company. This
makes me feel proud that having an resposibility to serve
the employees of the company. Its good in feel by knowing
the problems or queries and resolving it. Maintaining the
data's of the employees are an good part of the position.
The calculation parts i enjoy. Compensation structuring
which involves the calculation part, luv doing that.

Experience dose not means how much we enjoy i how much we
learn t and it can be helpful for others,some has said my
dear friend,a good leader always leave example for others to
follow.Payroll is the package of manipulating all the
employees related issues,take care to their PF/ESI/PT
etc,,,,they can be safely come to company and work happily
when they go to theie home with considering their hard work
money is safe.it is the matter of responsibilities.
