Hey Vinu...i tried not to write but I felt the urge for
supportinf the recruiters...yes, they are right...you people
who have done post grad do quit after sometime for better
jobs...and all they want is long term service from the
candidates they choose, otherwise what's the point in hiring
someone after such a long procedure??? My suggestion to is
that please stop messing around and try for better jobs,
which will be suited to your degree...for GOD's sake donot
block seats of candidates who have done grad or HSC...your
time-passing technique might well be the nightmare of a
deserving candidate...go try for a lecturership in some
university or do P.Hd...YOU GODDAMNED JERK!!!

Bank should not appoint graduates and under-graduates b'coz
after some time they will leave this job and definitely
will be selected for officer in some other bank
While in case of HSC based candidates, i think, they will
serve the bank upto his/her retirement or upto some long
period.
HSC pass zindabad.

hi all,
pratik might be right, but i just want to ask one
simple question if the banks were interested only in hsc
passed candidates, then they should have mentioned clearly
in advertisment that graduates and post-graduates don't
apply,don't u think its like cheating,they first take u r
fees, and then they tell u we don't want graduates.
secondly its not the matter of hsc or graduates or
post graduates ,what is the guarntee that undergraduates
can give long commitment.suppose u get selected as clerk in
dena bank for salary of 7500/-okkk and
within 6 month if u get a job in another bank for officer
post and that too for a salary of 20,000/- won't u leave
the job.its a natural and nobody is foolish and even a
undergraduate studentwill also leave it if he get this
opporunity,what do u say.
and friends its the circumstances which forces us to
apply for such position even if we r postgraduates.just
think if the jobs matching our position would have been
easily available why would any one go for such jobs.
one thing is sure i am going to complaint the bank about
the thing which happend in interview ,what do u say friends
should i go for it or not.i think the md should know how
the interview are been conducted. and
pratik ,mayuri, rajiv, wish u all the best may all u get
selected for the post. whatever i have written nothing
personal its a general thinking please don't take it either
way wish u all the best.

u r absouletly right we can concentrate on something
else . but honestly speaking i have even attented the
interview in two more banks but its was not like the dena
one.my other two interviews were so good there they asked
me about banking terms ,current affairs etc...but i don't
know what was dena bank interview meant for.and
it is not the matter of selection or rejection but i feel
like cheated type and its was not only me here in mumbai
but many othergraduates who attented the interview was
told the same thing.do u think i should go foronline
complaint .and wish u all the best that u get selected.

I think this interview was just a formality, they have
already chosen the candidates whom they want to appoint.
