Hii. Try this. It's simple. No x y stuff.
Sum of current ages : 93
Sum of ages 10yrs ago : 93-(3*10)
: 63
So age of ravi 10yrs ago: (63/(2+3+4))*4 // 4 is part of Ravi
: (63/9)*4
: 7*4 = 28
Therefore current age : 28+10
: 38 yrs

let us assume there age at present as "x"
therefore the equation would be :=
(2x-10)+(3x-10)+(4x-10)=93
solving it
9x-30=93
or
9x=93-30
or
9x=63
i.e
x=63/9
x=7
there present age is.......
sai=2(7)+10 == 24
kiran=3(7)+10 ==31
ravi=4(7)+10 ==38
