s = son
f=father
step 1: f=s+30
f-s=30 equation (1)
step 2: f+5 = 3(s+5)
f+5=3s+15
f-3s=10 equation (2)
by (1) & (2) we get s = 10 substituting it in equation (1)
we get f=40. The father's present age is 40
cross check : the present age of father is 40 after 5 years
his age would be 45 which is thrice of his son's present age
(i.e 15)

after 5 years father age is thrice of his son age.
Son age multiply in to 3 times.
