1.A DATA MART IS SUBJECT OF ENTERPRICE DWH.
2.A DATA MART IS SUBJECT ORIENTED D-BASE WHICH SUPPORT THE
BUISINESS NEEDS OF MIDDLE MANAGEMENT OR INDUISUAL
DEPORTMENT IS IN ENTERPRICES.
3.A DATA MART IS ALSO KNOWN AS "HIGH PERFORMENCE QUERY
STRUCTURE".
DATA MARTS ARE TWO TYPES:-
1.DEPENDENT DM:-
IN A TOP-DOWN DWH APPROACH A DM DEVELOPMENT DEPENDED
UPON ENTERPRISE DWH.
2.INDIPENDENT DM:-
IN A BOTTOM-UP DWH APPROACH DM DEVELOPMENT IS IN
DEPENDENT UPON ON INDIPENDENT DWH.
