i lost my refusal letter issued by UK Embassy, can any one
help me how to get the duplicate refusal letter from the Uk

technically any department who issue letter he has got
record copy as well.
I think refusal letter copy can get by requesting it from
UK embassey

I had the same situation , and have mailed the embassy in
chennai (location depends on where u have applied for visa i
have applied in Hyderabad and it goes to the chennai embassy
)to get me the copy of it the mail id of the chennai embassy
is "Chennai.visaenquiry@fco.gov.uk" i got reply with in
three hours with the copy of it.
PS : you need to mention your name , passport number and
refusal reference number that is stamped on back page of
your passport

I APPLIED FOR UK VISA. I GOT REJECTED BY BANK STATEMENT IS NOT SATISFACTORY. I LOST MY REFUSAL LETTER. PLEASE ANY ONE HELP ME TO GET BACK MY REFUSAL LETTER COPY.

Hello, I am applying for French visa and am scheduled to leave in couple of days. The French embassy asked for the UK visa refusal.
I had a refusal from UK visa 3 years ago and had misplaced the same.
I have sent a mail to the UK embassy and am yet to receive any communication from them. I am also running out of time.
Please help me with this. Is there any person or department that I can contact?

I am supposed to sit exams in the UK for 2 days. I am told I am supposed to apply for a student Visitor VISA. However I am told for one to get a student visitor visa, the institution conducting the course MUST be accredited by British Accreditation Council (BAC) or Accreditation UK. In my case, I am undertaking an internationally recognized professional qualification that is provided by a short course provide in the UK that is not accredited by the UK border agency. I have been accepted on a course of study and I have also received a letter from the institution inviting me for the exams. Can I still apply for a UK student visitor visa/ what should I do since I only need 2 days to be able to sit these exams and these exams are only scheduled in the UK?
