No Pranjal,Till now they have not published any such list
on the website.But the status of many of my friends is
showing as waitlisted.So we can expect a ranking in short
time..
Coming to the joinging i am getting mixed
replies/expressions....i had directly or indirectly talked
to several people. Some say that the joining will be
completed within one month..other say that the joining
formailites will take a long time....only we can judge once
the offer letter is despatched....so lets wait and see

sent several mails to NIC..but got no reply....they had
given the mail id on the recruitment website..but nobody
replies for the mails......this is ridiculas..
